14. Our
Ownership Of Securities: BNB or its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees and employee benefits plans may at any
time be long or short any securities mentioned on this site.
In addition, BNB may act as a market maker, odd-lot dealer,
block positioner, arbitrager, underwriter or provide other
advice or services in relation to the securities and financial

Order By E-Mail: BNB will not accept orders to buy

an order, it will not be executed. You agree not to use electronic

directed to a financial advisor will be first scanned by a
lexigraphic software program for regulatory purposes and then
delivered to the financial advisor, or supervisor, if appropriate
as required by New York Stock Exchange rules. The e-mail is
stored for a minimum of 3 years in a secure location. Transmission
of e-mail is transmission of personally identifying information,
and it is the property of BNB. It is stored for regulatory
purposes in a secure file, and it may be produced to regulators
upon request.
16. Internet
Security: BNB shall use reasonable precautions to
maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the information
you provide to us. Nevertheless, you acknowledge and agree
that because the information is transmitted over the internet
there can be no assurance that the information provided to
or from you will remain secure. In addition, BNB may disclose
such information to its employees, officers, representatives,
agents and affiliates, as well as self-regulatory organizations
and government entities. Disclosure may be made for any purpose
related to the conduct of BNB's business, to comply with applicable
securities laws, to comply with subpoenas or other legal process,
or to comply with any request of any governmental agency.
17. Internet
Access: Access to this site may be limited or terminated
during periods of peak demand, market volatility, system upgrade,
maintenance or for other reasons.

Privacy: BNB does not use cookies for data tracking.
Personal information submitted through the on-line registration
process is not transmitted through electronic mail for existing
clients. It is stored in a secure database, which is accessed
only by appropriate firm personnel. See item 16 on this page
for additional information about Internet security. BNB will
not use this site to collect information that may identify
you (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail
address). For non-clients, the information you volunteer will
be transmitted through electronic mail. Once received by the
firm, it will be opened, reviewed and sent to a branch manager
for follow up. A copy of the transmission will be stored in
a secure file. We may automatically collect certain non-identifying

operating system you use, or the domain name of the web site
from which you link to us. Any information we gather, whether
